DJ Moore Signs 4-Year Extension with Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears and DJ Moore have agreed on a new 4-year deal with a $110 million contract extension. The deal includes $82.6 million guaranteed and the third largest deal as a wide receiver. Moore still has a couple of years remaining on his rookie extension when he was with the Carolina Panthers. Chicago traded for DJ Moore in 2023 where the Bears sent the #1 pick in the upcoming draft. Moore put together a career year in his first season with the Bears. He led the team in receptions (96), receiving yards (1,364), receiving yards per game (80.2) and receiving touchdowns (8). His 1,364 receiving yards were the fourth most by a Bears player in franchise history, trailing only Brandon Marshall (2012), Alshon Jeffery (2013) and Marcus Robinson (1999).

The Bears used the #1 pick this past NFL Draft to select Caleb Williams out of USC. The wide receiver room should be a great one this upcoming season. Chicago drafted Rome Odunze out of Washington and traded for Keenan Allen also.
